This project is designed to bring Sikh youth and families together through sports and community activities.

It includes sports competitions, social events, and community initiatives that inspire youth toward healthy living, teamwork, and unity.

Under this initiative, Gatka competitions and Dastar competitions are also organized in various villages and cities across Punjab.

ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਖੇਡ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ, ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਕਮਿਊਨਿਟੀ ਐਕਟੀਵਿਟੀਆਂ/ਕੌਮੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਹਤਮੰਦ ਜੀਵਨਸ਼ੈਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਸੀ ਏਕਤਾ ਵੱਲ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਤਕੇ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਤਾਰ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵੀ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
