This initiative is overseen by Bibi Mandeep Kaur and S. Amritpal Singh Sachdeva.

It was created to strengthen the role of Sikh women in society.

Through this project, women are encouraged to actively participate in education, leadership, and community initiatives. Monthly webinars are conducted, and direct counseling/support is also provided to help women build confidence and empowerment in every aspect of life.

ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਬੀਬੀ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ. ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਚਦੇਵਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਨਿਯੰਤਰਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਸਿੱਖ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਨੇਤ੍ਰਿਤਵ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰ ਵੈਬੀਨਾਰ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਭੈਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਤਮ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਲਈ ਕੌਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
