Global Sikh Council Calls for Unity and Collaboration Among Sikh Organizations Worldwide*
The Global Sikh Council, under the leadership of Amritpal Singh, its President, is extending a heartfelt call for unity and collaboration among Gurudwaras and Sikh organizations across the globe. ਗਲੋਬਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਭਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਏਕਤਾ ਦੇ ਸੂਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ।
ਗਲੋਬਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਕ ਇਕੱਤਰਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸ੍ਰ. ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਹੋਈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਓਹਨਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਏਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਲਈ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਸੱਦਾ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਇੱਕਜੁਟਤਾ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਮੂਹਿਕ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਦਰਾਂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਉੱਚਾ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਗਲੋਬਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕਸੁਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਹੱਥ ਮਿਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਸਹਿਤ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ । ਸਮੂਹਿਕ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਥਾਹ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਛਾਣਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਕੌਂਸਲ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਉੱਜਵਲ ਅਤੇ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਸੁਨਹਿਰੀ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਕੀਤੀ, “ਸਿੱਖੀ ਕੇਵਲ ਇੱਕ ਧਰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਜਾਚ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਇਆ, ਬਰਾਬਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਸਵਾਰਥ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਦਰਾਂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਮੁੱਠ ਹੋਕੇ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਵੀ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇਸਦੇ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਵੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।”
ਗਲੋਬਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦੀ ਬਿਹਤਰੀ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ, ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਕੇ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸਾਡਾ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ ਦਰਪੇਸ਼ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਹੱਲ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਥੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਏਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਹੈ। ਆਪਣੇ ਅਮੀਰ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਜੀਵੰਤ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਕਰਕੇ, ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਨਿਆਂ, ਮਾਨਵਤਾਵਾਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਲਈ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗਲੋਬਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੀ ਕਲਪਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਕਜੁੱਟ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ, ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਮਾਜ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਵਧਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
