ਵੈਬੀਨਾਰ 7 ਗਲੋਬਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਵਲੋਂ
ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਢੰਗ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਤੇ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਵੈਬੀਨਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਸੁਝਾਏ ਗਏ ਹੱਲ::::::
- ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੋ, ਜੋ ਪੈਸੇ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਲਈ ਰੱਖੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ।
- ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਚਾਰ ਦੀਵਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲਕੇ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।
- ਹਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਫਲਸਫੇ ਦਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਕੀ ਪੁਹੰਚਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਦਾ ਬਚਕੇ ਰਹੋ, ਨਿਮਰ ਬਣੋ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਤੱਕ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਬਚਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਿੰਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰੋ।
- ਪਰਿਵਾਰ, ਆਂਢ-ਗੁਆਂਢ, ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਉਚਿਤ ਇਕੱਠ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਆਪ ਖੁਦ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦਾ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਵਲ ਖਿੱਚਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ।
- ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੋਹਫੇ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਮੌਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਤੋ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਪੂਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਆਪਣੀ ਗੱਲ ਪੁਹੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣਾ ਕੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਰਾਵੇ/ਖਾਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਦਤਾਂ ਆਦਿ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣਾ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਵਿਅਕਤੀਗਤ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਉੱਚ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਉਮਰ ਸਮੂਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਉਮਰ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸਿਲੇਬਸ ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸੰਗਠਿਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ, ਹੈੱਡਕੁਆਰਟਰ ਬਣਾਕੇ ਫਿਰ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਅਰਥਾਂ, ਵਿਆਕਰਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਮਝ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਆਪ ਖੁਦ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਊਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਪੁਜਾਰੀ ਦੀ।
- ਸਾਰੇ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸਾਂ/ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰਾਂ/ਇੰਟਰਫੇਥ ਫੋਰਮ, ਈ ਦੀਵਾਨ, ਈ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ, ਟਿੱਕ ਟੋਕ, ਯੂ-ਟਿਊਬ ਚੈਨਲ, ਪੋਸਟਰ ਆਦਿ।ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
- ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਔਰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਰਸ਼ਾਂ, ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰੋ।
- ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਉਚੇਚਾ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਅਣਮੁੱਲੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਵਿਤਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
- ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
Suggestion from the speakers, in order of importance and implementability.
- Do not depend on polictical appointees, who are in it for money, to preach the true message of Gurbani
- Aproach beyond the four walls of Gurdwaras.
- Every Sikh should have knowledge of Sikh philosophy and should be very clear about what he wants to pass on. Avoid Sakhis contradictory to the message of Gurbani.
- Be polite and address the concerns of the audience while spreading the Guru’s word.
- Every Sikh to become an ambassador of Sikhi in spreading the message.
- Within family, neighborhood, and any other appropriate gathering.
- Create an atmosphere to attract people and motivate.
- Use every opportunity to gift Sikhi religious books.
Address people in their language by adopting their culture, adopting their dress/food habits etc. - Develop an apex body to coordinate the good efforts of the individual organizations.
- Develop age based Education syllabus for various age groups
- Create awareness, organize, network, headquarter and then preach.
- Develop preachers, with thorough understanding of meaning of Gurbani, grammar and pronunciation, who live Gurbani principles they preach and can paly role of a teacher and not of Pujari.
- Use current Gurdwara facilities and the preachers/parcharaks effectively.
- Use all the platforms at our disposal, conferences/seminars/Interfaith forums, e Diwan, e seminars, tik tok, you tube channel, posters etc.
- Encourage and Involve the youth, both genders, in the religious affairs.
- Teaching of Punjabi should be given due importance.
- Use the power of poetry to pack the forceful message in few words.
- Base the strategy of spreading Guru’s message on the future technology.
- Display Guru’s message on the walls of Gurdwaras and all other such places.
