PEHEL is a social development initiative focused on education and community support.

Currently, more than 50 centers are operating across Punjab under this project. Thousands of students receive school education, Sikh values education, self-defense training, and career counseling.

As a result, students are gaining better opportunities for a brighter future.

This project continues to grow under the guidance of S. Gulbarg Singh Basi, Bibi Manpreet Kaur, Bibi Mandeep Kaur, and S. Hardeep Singh.

ਪਹਿਲ/PEHEL ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ‘ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ 50 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਵਿੱਦਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸਿੱਖੀ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸਵੈ- ਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਹੁਨਰ ਸਿਖਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ ਕੌਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਸ. ਗੁਲਬਰਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਸੀ, ਬੀਬੀ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ, ਬੀਬੀ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ. ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ ਰੇਖ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਨਿੱਤ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਬੁਲੰਦੀਆਂ ਛੂਹ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
