ਪੁਨਰਜਨਮ (ਆਵਾਗਵਣ) ਬਾਰੇ ਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼

*ਪੁਨਰਜਨਮ (ਆਵਾਗਵਨ) ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਤੇ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਵੈਬੀਨਾਰ (14/15 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ
2023) ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਸੁਝਾਏ ਗਏ ਹੱਲ

1)ਪੁਜਾਰੀ ਵਰਗ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਾਲਚ ਹਿੱਤ ਪੁਨਰ ਜਨਮ(ਆਵਾਗਵਣ) ਦੀ ਧਾਰਨਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਬਦਕਿਸਮਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਗਿਣਤੀ
ਸਿੱਖ “ਆਵਾਗਵਨ” ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਪਜਾਰੀ ਵਰਗ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਨਾਮਵਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਕਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

2) ਉਦਾਸੀਆਂ/ਨਿਰਮਲੇ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਰੀਤੀ ਰਿਵਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਸਨ,ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਹਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੋ ਪੁਨਰਜਨਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਵਜ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ।

3) ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾੜੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਪਤ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਡੇ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਦਲ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ “ਅਵਾਗਾਵਨ” ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੰਘਣ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਅਲੰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

4) ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਜਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਜਨਮ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ/ਨੈਤਿਕ ਜਨਮ/ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਜਨਮ/ਮੌਤ ਦੀ

5)ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ “ਸਚਿਆਰ” ਬਣਨਾ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਲਈ “ਜੀਵਨ ਮੁਕਤ” (ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਜੀਵਨ) ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸਮਝਾਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਡਾ
ਭਵਿੱਖ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

6) ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਏ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਅਭੇਦ ਹੋਵਾਂਗੇ
ਉਸੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ. ਜਦੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਸਾਡੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪੰਜ ਤੱਤ
ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਅਤੇ ਜੋਤ (ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ/ਚੇਤਨਾ) ਮੂਲ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

7)ਇਸ ਬ੍ਰਹਿਮੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵਰਗ ਵਰਗਾ ਕੋਈ ਅਲੱਗ ਸਥਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਜਪੁਜੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ “ਸੱਚਖੰਡ” ਜਾਂ ਸਵਰਗ, ਮਨ ਦੀ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਹੈ।

8)ਲੋਕ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਰਸਮਾਂ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਵਰਗ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਭਰਮ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਹੀ ਦੌੜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

ਪੁਨਰਜਨਮ (ਆਵਾਗਵਣ) ਬਾਰੇ ਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ held on June 14/15,
2023.

• Priestly class has created the concept of Reincarnation
  (Awagavan) for their greed. It is unfortunate that today, majority
  of Sikhs believe in “Awagavan”, because it is being preached by
  the clergy class and even by the reputed Sikh preachers for
  generations.
• Because Udasis/Nirmalas controlled our Gurdwaras for many
  decades, were Hindus in reality and thus they followed Hindu
  customs and practices. Reincarnation is a Hindu concept and have
  crept into Sikh religion because of this reason.
• Indulging in vices and bad deeds changes our state of mind in our
  life and is like undergoing “Awagavan”. Gurbani uses various
  metaphors to explain our state of mind similar to various other
  species.
•  Gurbani mostly refers to state of mind when it talks about births
  and deaths. It leads to spiritual/moral birth/death and not the
  physical birth/death.
• The aim of human life as per Gurbani is to become “Sachiar” and
  hence “Jeevan Mukt” (life free from vices), right at present. Our
  future will depend upon the deeds of our present.
• As per Gurbani, we originated from one creator and shall merge
  with the same. When we die, all the five elements of our body are
  absorbed by the environment and Jot (light/consciousness)
  merges with the origin.
• There is no place like paradise or Heaven in this universe.
  “Sachkhand” or Heaven is a stage of mind as per Japuji Sahib.
• People wasting their time and energy performing religious rituals
  so that they can achieve Heaven after their physical death are just
  running after a mirage.
